I’m Holly (she/her), the founder of Ease: Pelvic and Holistic Health.

Welcome.

I am an Integrative Physiotherapist with a special interest and postgraduate qualifications in Women’s and Pelvic Health, completed through Curtin University in Western Australia. My work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, and I am trained in the Art of Birth Debriefing with Bernadette Lack and Lael Stone through Motheration as well as being a qualified Reconnected Birthing Practitioner.

My approach is holistic and grounded in somatic and movement-based therapy. I am a certified Pilates instructor, holding a Diploma with Polestar Pilates, and I regularly draw on the practices of meditation and yoga - both in my personal life and when supporting others on their healing journey.

I am a mama to two beautiful boys, Finn and Jack, and have real lived experience with the challenges and beauty that comes with navigating pregnancy, birth, the postnatal period and beyond. We are based in Naarm (Melbourne), Australia.

Ease was born from a heartfelt desire to create a safe, compassionate space for people to feel heard and held without judgment. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to share their story, to make sense of their experiences, and to feel truly supported. When we are given the space to explore what we carry, both physically and emotionally, healing becomes possible.

My hope is for you to not just survive in the journey of motherhood and beyond, but to truly thrive with Ease.

Outside of my work and the wild, wonderful ride of mamahood, I love getting out into nature with family and friends, hiking, traveling, and always expanding my heart and mind through learning.
