Terms of service.

  • Full fees need to be paid in advance prior to the commencement of the appointment. We acknowledge that your time is precious and trust you understand that ours is too. We ask that you please provide 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment, so that we can offer that time to others. Cancellations in less than 24 hours from the time of the appointment will be billed at 50% of the consultation fee. No shows will be billed 100% of the consultation fee. Health fund rebates do not apply to those fees. Please note we are a small, independent business and we need to honour these terms to allow our business to be viable.

  • Online Physiotherapy services and Pelvic Health Debriefing can be claimed through your private health insurance. Rebates vary depending on your individual provider and level of cover. Please contact your Private Health Insurance company directly for any specific questions.
